MB Funds invests in Neomore’s growth
MB Funds has made an investment in Neomore to support the growth of our company. Together with MB Funds, we share a joint vision of Neomore’s growth and outlook on the future. We are excited to start the cooperation.
Neomore Consulting is an SAP consulting company, and our business idea is straightforward: we aim to support our customers’ business using SAP technologies. In practice, this means that we design, build and maintain the SAP software that is often vital to our customers’ business operations. Our strategy is simple yet powerful, focusing on three key areas: S/4HANA expertise, extending SAP capabilities, and delivering ready-to-use solutions, whether on-premise or in the cloud.
We want to be an important partner to our customers and an attractive employer to our professionals also in the future. This change in ownership structure will not cause any changes in our operational activities. Kristian Rantakoski will continue as the CEO and a significant owner of the company. Our management team will also continue in its current composition and responsibilities.
