The collaboration combines SolidComp’s Reality Twin platform with Neomore’s SAP integration expertise, bringing SAP maintenance data directly into a visual 3D operational environment.
SolidComp and Neomore have started a strategic collaboration focused on helping industrial companies make better use of maintenance data in everyday operations. The first solution developed through the partnership is now complete and available to customers: the Reality Twin Maintenance Module, enhanced with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance integration.
The new solution brings maintenance and CMMS data into a single visual view, supports shutdown and maintenance planning with real site context, and helps guide technicians in the field with instructions delivered directly to a mobile phone.
By connecting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) information, including maintenance orders, operations and notifications, with Reality Twin environment, the solution allows users to view maintenance tasks, equipment context and relevant documentation directly in a real-world 3D model of the site. This creates a more efficient way to manage maintenance work across planning, coordination, and field execution.
The SAP-integrated Reality Twin Maintenance Module is the first concrete outcome of the collaboration between SolidComp and Neomore, and it is now available to customers looking to improve the usability and value of their maintenance data.
